Recall Notification Procedure for Vendors

  • Product recalls are an unfortunate event which we all wish never took place, but when they do your actions and how quickly you act will leave a great impression on the consumer. During regular business hours, please immediately contact your WinCo buyer.

    In the event that a product recall is necessary please provide written notification of the recall to the following people.

    There should be one designated supplier point of contact for the recall and this person’s contact information should be included on the written recall notification.
